Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 1Night platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is an engagement marketplace where users can earn rewards by completing social tasks (likes, follows, subscriptions) and publish tasks to receive engagement on their own content.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1Night reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to exploit bugs, anti-cheat mechanisms, or loopholes in the reward system.

3. Points & Rewards System

The Service uses a virtual points currency (“points”) as an internal reward unit. Points are earned by completing tasks according to the verification rules stated in each task, and they are consumed when publishing tasks.

• Buying Points: Users may purchase points via the integrated Stripe payment system. Prices, packages, and point amounts are displayed on the Buy Points page and may be updated at any time.
• No Cash Out: Except as explicitly permitted by 1Night in writing, points have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or withdrawn for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of monetary value.
• Task Budget: When you publish a task, a total budget equal to the reward per action multiplied by the claim slots allocated is deducted from your balance. Unused budget from deleted tasks is refunded back to your wallet.

4. Acceptable Use — Task Publishers

When publishing a task (link), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have full authority over the linked social content (video, profile, etc.).
• The link and associated content do not violate any laws, third-party rights, or the terms of service of the target social platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• You will not publish links to adult, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, phishing, or otherwise harmful content.
• You understand that 1Night reserves the right to remove any task at any time for any reason, with refund of remaining budget on a best-effort basis.

5. Acceptable Use — Task Completers

When completing tasks to earn points, you agree that:

• You will perform each action in good faith (genuine like, follow, subscribe using a legitimate, personal social account).
• You will NOT use bots, scripts, automation tools, fake accounts, multiple accounts, cookie stuffing, or any artificial means to complete tasks or inflate rewards.
• 1Night may use anti-cheat mechanisms — disclosed or undisclosed — to detect and reverse fraudulent rewards. Accounts suspected of fraud may have points deducted, tasks revoked, or access suspended without prior notice.

6. Payments, Refunds & Taxes

All payments for points are processed by Stripe. By purchasing points, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• No refunds on consumed points: Once purchased points have been spent (published into tasks) or awarded to another user, they are non-refundable.
• Refund requests: Unused purchased points may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no tasks have been published and no fraudulent activity is detected. To request a refund, contact us via the email shown at the bottom of these terms.
• Taxes: Prices displayed do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with and links to third-party social platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. 1Night is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. You are solely responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms, policies, and community rules when performing actions via the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 1Night does not guarantee that tasks will yield a specific amount of engagement, nor can it verify the permanent retention of actions (e.g., an Instagram follow performed through the Service may be later undone by the user).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall 1Night be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it.

9. Changes to Terms

1Night may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
